Burner & Propane Safety

·         Outdoor use only – never indoors or in enclosed spaces

·         Keep burners away from buildings, vehicles, and anything flammable

·         Place propane tanks on flat, stable ground

·         Never leave burners unattended

·         Turn off propane at the tank when finished

Cooking Safety

·         Use heat-resistant gloves when handling pots and baskets

·         Do not overfill pots – boiling water and oil can splash

·         Keep kids and pets at a safe distance

·         Use long-handled tools to avoid burns

Equipment Use

·         Check equipment before use, do not use anything damaged

·         Do not move equipment while hot

·         Let everything cool completely before returning

Be Prepared

·         Keep a fire extinguisher or water nearby

·         In case of emergency, turn off propane if it is safe to do so

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled rental date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Weather Policy

Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. Deposits remain non-refundable due to rain, wind, or other weather-related issues. The company is not responsible for weather-related interruptions or cancellations.

$100 Refundable Security Deposit - due at drop-off (Cash Only)

Remaining Balance - due at pick-up

$15 fee for less than 10 miles

$25 fee for outside the 77064 zip
